In the new year, I decide to do more sport excise, and the following reasons are keeping health, enjoying entertainment, and develop the friendship with my friends.
During the last year, I'm not very healthy because of little sport excise. Sport excise contributes to health a lot. However, I'm busy of studying,so I don't have time to do sport excise. Accordingly, I plan to play basketball and running at least three times a week in the new year. In this way, my body can be stronger.
Last year, I have much homework to do everyday, and I feel tired and bored. I think study or work isn't the whole thing for the life. We should also do some other thing to enjoy life. Therefore, I want to relax and have more entertainment though doing more sport excise, such as running, playing pools, and play basketball.
Friends are important for everyone in the whole life. With this in mind, we had better spare some time for communicating with our friends. For example, we can have lunch, go shopping, see movies, do sport excise, and so on. Though these activities, we can know recent living state of our friends. Then we have more chance to know each other better, and it's easy to promote our friendship. Moreover, when I do sport excise, I can make some new friends.
In conclusion, I think doing more sport excise could benefit me a lot in the new year. I hope I can achieve this new year resolution.

Time management is how to use your time well. Time is important than money because it can't come back once it gone. Everyone has the same time every day. Accordingly, if you want to be more excellent than others, you have to have a good use of your time. There are much time that was wasted unconsciously every day. For example, almost everyone uses telephone now. Someone may call us when we are studying or working. The time will lost when we talk to others, so you should close your telephone when you are working or studying. In addition, I hope you don't call some when you are willing to chat with your friends though telephone because your friends may have their own things to do, and they don't want to refuse to talk with you.

Automobile could be seen in every place today. It makes our transfer more convenient than past because we don't need to waste much time on the road. Moreover, It promotes the development of the economy a lot. For example, some people spend much money to see F1 match. Accordingly, we benefit a lot from automobile today, so we can't live without it. However, it also has some bad effects on our environment and brings some troubles to our society.

2.The traditional methods are similar to the methods used by my teachers when I was a child learning to read and write. We just read books and do workbooks.
3.Students can learn deeper and understand content better from the suggestions from others, so they can improve quickly.

Toady, water pollution brings a lot problems to ecosystem. In the sea, many precious creatures have extincted because of living in the toxic water. For example, some rare fishes have died after they eat some toxic food or drink poisonous water in the polluted water. On the island, many animals are too thirsty to die or they have to drink the polluted water sometimes due to the shortage of freshwater. For instance, many elephants have died owing to no freshwater. As we all know, the water system is recycled, so the rain is poisonous when water of the sea or river was polluted. Accordingly, many plants have died after they absorb the rain water, and some plants have died because people don't have enough freshwater to irrigate them. In a word, the ecosystem has become worse and worse owing to the polluted water.
As for human, we have suffered many pains. First, there is less and less freshwater left to use for agriculture, industry, and daily life. What's worse is that sometimes people drink some polluted water with no consciousness or eat some sick animals and plants, which have been polluted by toxic water. Accordingly, it's easier for people to fall ill now.

Brainstorming: student, test anxiety,stress,worry test score, fail, reduce, relax, entertainment, music, movie, talk, sports...1.Why do students feel anxious before the test? What students can do to reduce the test anxiety?
When students face test anxiety, they should reduce the anxiety though doing some entertainment activities. For example, they can listen to some pop music or soft music to relax. Besides, they can go to see movie or have lunch with their friends. Moreover, they could talk some interesting things with their friends. If all these methods couldn't do work for them, they can attempt to do sports activities such as playing basketball, running, playing football,l and so on. Then, they can fall to sleep quickly because they are tired to worry the coming test. All in all, they should do some other things to transfer their too much attention on test in order to reduce test anxiety.

I usually feel a little nervous before I take a test. I worry I can't perform well in the coming test, so I feel so anxious that I can't go to sleep. If I can choose the pattern of test, I prefer to do multiple choices. The reason is that I don't like to remember something. Therefore, if I do short answers or essay, I may can't remember some words how to write even if I know the answer. Moreover, I'm good at understanding. The most multiple choices are designed to test the understanding of some points. Accordingly, I have more chance to get a higher score in the test. At the same time, I think understanding the knowledge is more important than just remembering them.

However, some articles think that faculty and administrators ought to do some other things as educators, rather than detectives.
